at The Severson Memorial Overlook Park

Join us for another citywide St. Croix Falls AutumnFest with three locations making for a fun passport event for the day!

In addition to AutumnFest events, enjoy our fantastic local businesses, restaurants, and taverns, annual art and craft fair, live music, and the annual pie eating contest and ice cream eating contest at Overlook Memorial Park in downtown St. Croix Falls.

St. Croix Falls Dogfest will be held at Traprock Brewing Company and includes an UpDog Competition, dog agility show, Frisbee Disc dog trick shows, a K9 program, dog parade, a dog lovers’ meet-and-greet, and an open house at the St. Croix Falls dog park!

Join us at the St. Croix Falls Farmers’ Market and Public Library from 10am to 1pm for a lovely autumn day with live music by the rockin’ local teen band, MEAT!

We are fortunate to host the event in our scenic river town along the St Croix River – and the first Saturday of October each year is a great day to spend in the area. A community gathers in its warmer jackets and sweaters to say hello to one another and enjoy some Autumn cheer.

“Now in its 13th year, the St Croix Falls Autumn Festival celebration offers a city-wide opportunity to really enjoy life. Featuring live music and many smiling local faces”, says organizer Woody McBride. “We have expanded the schedule to be two days with a new classic car show, more music, more vendors, food, beer, wine – Its a wonderful tradition rooted in local community ties.
 
 

LIVE MUSIC OUTDOORS!!

Live music is a rare treat these days, and we are fortunate to have FOUR bands to play throughout the weekend at the Severson Memorial Overlook Park in downtown St. Croix Falls, WI. Enjoy the beautiful, fall views of the St. Croix River Hydroelectric Dam while listening to music fill up the river valley. Bring your own lawnchair. Masks encouraged!
 
Get to know the bands:
 
The Jorgensons: Area favorite! Blues, R&B, and Soul.
 
Free Fallin: A spectacular, live music production and tribute to Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers.
 
Church of Cash: World class Johnny Cash tribute that brings loyalty to the song and the message that Johnny left to all of us.
 
The Stringsmiths: Hard-driving, traditional bluegrass band from Northwest Wisconsin.

2 DAY CLASSIC, EXOTIC, AND SPORTS CAR SHOW!

Join us for the 2020 Autumn Festival Classic & Sports Car Show on Mainstreet in St Croix Falls, WI.
11 AM – 4 PM  ||  SATURDAY & SUNDAY.
 
Yes! All cool cars welcome – classic, exotic, low riders, sports, super, euro and muscle!
Register in advance or from 10 am to noon. $10+ donation suggested to car owners. This event is next to stage, food court and craft fair.

FOOD TRUCKS, FARMERS’ MARKET, & CHILI COOK-OFF!

Grab some yummy grub when the food trucks open at 10 am on both Saturday and Sunday. Stick around to taste some samples at the annual chili-cook off that starts at 11 am on Saturday.
 
Don’t miss the bountiful, end-of season-harvest of goodies at the St. Croix Falls Farmers’ Market located at the Library Plaza.

It’s time for our annual Autumnfest celebration of the change of seasons and the natural beauty of the St. Croix Valley. The St. Croix Falls AutumnFest is a lovely Fall Festival celebrating the beauty, creativity, and diversity of the St. Croix River Valley. The mission of St. Croix Falls Autumn Fest is to capture our unique sense of place, awaken the creative potential of the St. Croix Valley and explore self-sufficient and sustainable models of community development. It is a fun, family-oriented celebration of the changing season. We bring awareness to our lovely city and the natural assets we can all cherish and protect.
